If you need to re-arrange your day, we will always do our best to accommodate this. During busy times of the year however a reschedule is not always possible. If this is the case our cancellation terms may apply. By signing this agreement you acknowledge that in the event of your school cancelling the booking, you will be liable for the full fee. Thank you for your understanding. It's not usually possible for us to deliver workshops in classrooms. The hall or one cleared space is required. By signing this agreement, you confirm that your pupil numbers do not exceed the capacity of the package booked. Any additional sessions required to accommodate more pupils will be charged accordingly. Details of the capacity of the package you have booked are provided via email prior to you confirming your booking. Please note, KS2 workshops cater for a maximum of 30 pupils from the same year group. You are welcome to take photographs, however we do not allow filming of our workshops. A member of school staff is required to be present while sessions are taking place. Access to a projector and sound in working order is required for us to run all sessions.
